gumy.ai is an entertainment AI service. Its characters are parodies and their replies are generated by AI; they are not the real people, brands or works they reference, and they are neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them. If you believe a page here infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it.
Where to write
Send every report by email to gumy.ai@yandex.ru. That is the one channel for complaints, so your message reaches the people who can act on it.
What you can report
- Copyright — a work of yours used on the site.
- Trademarks — a mark of yours used in a way you object to.
- Personality and publicity rights — the use of a real person's name, image or likeness.
- Removal — a request to take down the page of a particular person or character.
What to include
- The exact URL on gumy.ai (one URL per report where possible).
- The person or the work concerned.
- The basis of the claim — which right is affected and what supports it.
- Contact details we can reply to.
- If you are acting for someone else, who you represent.
What happens next
We review every report promptly and on its merits. Where a claim is well founded we correct or remove the material, restrict access to the page, or unpublish the character — and we tell you the outcome.
